Introduction
With regard to the subject in the work a specific region (Kazakhstan) study important by the fact that GIS "GeoDate" will be a first for the country oriented to the mass user geographic information system, which provides presentation and analysis of information related to the processes and consequences of development of the territory. For the first time will be carried out a comprehensive analysis of agricultural landscapes of the northern slopes Ili Alatau with the use of methods and techniques of geographic information systems (GIS):
- is developed structure and assembled a data bank containing information for the analysis of agricultural landscapes;
- using the time series for calculating probabylyty date based on future.
- using mathematical method for calculating еhe expectation, standard deviation, variance in the temperature.
- will analyze the natural resource potential of landscapes and its related agricultural loads;
- The technique will be integrated assessment of degradation processes, based on the surface area and intensity of defeat;
- for the territory of the northern slopes Ili Alatau will be tested and recommended for widespread use assessment of the ecological status of territories the coefficient environmental stabilization landscapes (KESL). Practical significance.
- drawn up of small and medium-sized maps are used by the Kazakh Research Institute of Agriculture to develop activities for the rational use of land;
- the basis for research development of the territory through a regional GIS will put digital landscape map, has a system of legends and accompanied by a series of thematic digital maps;
- based on the first author developed software modules will be conducted research and compiled a series of thematic maps reflecting features of development of the territory the of the northern slopes Ili Alatau.

In the course solving the main problem with the following results:
The basis for the analysis of spatial and thematic information on agrolandscapes districts and farms agrolandscape zones using GIS technologies are the digital landscape maps. In connection with this analysis to create a digital landscape maps:
- The scale of 1: 100,000 for the territory of the northern slopes Ili Alatau, with vector layers landscape provinces, landscapes (the base layer for the collection, accumulation and storage of attribute information) and morphological landscape units in the rank of localities;
- The scale of 1: 25,000 for the territory Kaskelen experimental farm, including vector layers landscapes agrolandscape zones (base layer for the collection, storage and storage attribute information) and localities.
- Investigate the temperature problems of the northern slopes Ili Alatau for next 50 years.
Is developed structure and assembled electronic database of land information system consisting of a databases:
- on the largest land users of the district;
- on agro-climatic resources and capacity district;
-by agrolandscape zones Administrative Region Territory, created by grouping indicators from the database on land users and analysis of cartographic material.
Achieved practical results provide wide introduction of software modules created by the author in territory of region, their widespread use by various organizations and individuals. Within the framework of GIS "Kazakhstan", these modules will help to collect, compile and engage in the scientific revolution qualitatively new physical and economic geographic information and provide such analytical operations, such as calculations on any time slices and in the territories of any taxonomic rank wide range of indicators.
